Maybe it’s because he’s a Detroit lad at a Chicago Cubs game. Maybe his new record isn’t selling like he’d hoped (it should be – it’s awesome). Maybe the general malaise of the Cubs organisation is just that contagious.

Of all of the farcical All Star games going, the MLB’s is probably the least stupid, given that the winnign conference gets homefield advantage in the World Series. But the naming of the All Stars is always a big deal.
